Got Some Question's For You

I have no words of wisdom for this blog entry, but rather a couple of questions I would like my readers to respond to.

What does Good Health look like to you?

What nutrition and fitness information do you want to know more about?

  1. Good health = healthy weight, strong, and energy. Being able to do almost anything and everything you want to do, because you can, your body allows that. A lot of people are not obese, but they're too skinny. They're not healthy. They're skinny, but not strong. A lot of people are skinny, but they're tired all the time or sick. They don't get enough rest and they don't eat right, so they're not healthy. Some people may appear obese, but they're really just big and strong.

    I would love to know how to get rid of some belly, bottom, and leg fat.

  2. I'm interested in knowing how to break through addiction barriers and cravings due to deficiencies etc. Also, what do you know that will help with motivation? Sometimes I'm highly motivated, other times it's very difficult to find. These times could be 20 minutes apart, depending on the food around.

    I have to echo the comment about about good health but add that a healthy person FEELS good, has energy and wants to be active and eat right.

  3. Dayna pretty much summed everything I was going to say perfectly. Even the part about wanting to get rid of belly, bottom & leg fat. I know the belly part will take time because of being pregnant but there really are some days that it would be nice to not still look pregnant. :)

  4. Thank you for leaving a comment ladies! The best way to combat any kind of trouble area is to tighten and tone the whole body! Aerobic exercise melts the fat, but strength training helps build the muscle that makes you look beautiful. Try all sorts of strength training methods from Heavy lifting (you can only do about 8-10 reps), light weights with a lot of reps, and body weight training like Yoga and pilates. I highly recommend heavy lifting to really change your body quick!
